Circle of Thirds is a fiber art installation which consists of three hanging sculptures. Triangular shapes slice through the space in a circular configuration. The piece is representative of the three supporting and connected stakeholders of the Community Foundation - donors, nonprofits, and the community. The Community Foundation of Sarasota transforms lives through its programs. The three groups that make this positive work possible exist in a circular relationship. Patterson explains, “I love the idea of a circle - we are all one - we give and what we give and how we give circles back to nourish us too. Without all three parties the whole will not be complete.”
